It started with a problem we lived with every day.
Before Nivlo, we spent years working on events and brand activations.
On every project, files came from everywhere: photographers, videographers, agencies and suppliers. They arrived through WeTransfer, Google Drive, email or WhatsApp, and a few days later nobody knew which version was right or who it had been sent to.
Digital asset management tools existed, but they were built for very large companies, with per-user pricing and implementations that took weeks. We needed something that worked from day one, that outside collaborators could use without accounts and that kept data in Europe.
That is how Nivlo began, in 2020. It started with photos and clips from events and grew with our clients: today marketing departments, agencies, event organisers, PR teams, retail networks, real estate developers and cultural institutions use it for every file they work with.
A few principles we don’t compromise on.
They shape the product, our pricing and where your data lives.
Pay for storage, not for people.
Users are unlimited on every plan. Colleagues, suppliers and clients can work together without counting who else gets an account.
Outsiders don’t need an account.
Suppliers upload through an upload link, clients and the press receive a share link. Accounts are only for the people who work in the platform.
Your data stays in Europe.
Dedicated servers in Germany and Finland, GDPR and a data processing agreement (DPA) for every client.
You stay in control.
Links can be changed, switched off or restricted after they have been sent. You decide who sees what, for how long and in which format.
