Brand assets, from agencies to the teams that use them.
Agencies and suppliers deliver straight into the company account. Marketing discusses on the file, keeps the right version and passes it on to sales, the social media team or partners.
“Where do I send the final version?”
Gets an upload link that leads straight to the campaign folder.
“Is this the latest version?”
Versions live on the same file, with the history kept.
“Do you have the logo in the right format?”
They find the file in their own section, without asking by email.
Step by step, from the first file to delivery.
Every step starts where the previous one left off. Nobody rebuilds the structure or hunts for the right link.
- Agency
Delivers without an account
The upload link goes straight to the campaign folder.
- Marketing
Discusses on the visual
Comments on the file and @mentions for the colleagues who need to reply.
- Agency
Uploads the new version
On top of the old one, with the history kept and feedback next to each version.
- Social media
Prepares the formats
Crops for Instagram, stories or custom sizes, straight from Nivlo.
- Sales and partners
Get what they need
A link with the web version, or the same files in their own section.
Where a marketing department loses time.
A marketing department works every day with agencies, photographers, printers and internal teams. Files arrive by email, WeTransfer and WhatsApp, and the right version gets lost somewhere in between. Nivlo brings everything into one account, with clear rules for what comes in, who works on the files and what goes out.
Deliveries scattered across channels
Each agency gets an upload link to the campaign folder. Files land exactly where they belong, with tags set in advance and no new accounts for suppliers.
Versions that get mixed up
The new version goes on top of the old one and the history stays on the same file. Comments sit next to the version they refer to, not in an email thread.
The same questions from sales and partners
Logos, brand guidelines and approved visuals live in a dedicated folder or section. Whoever needs them finds them through search instead of asking by email.
Formats rebuilt for every network
Crop for Instagram, stories or custom sizes straight in Nivlo, with lightweight web versions generated from the originals. From the Professional plan, social media formats can be generated automatically.

A working week with Nivlo.
Illustrative examples, built on features available in Nivlo today.
Launching a national campaign
The creative agency, the photographer and the production house each get an upload link to the campaign folders. The team comments on the visuals, asks for a new key visual version and, once it is approved, sends the final kit to sales through a link with the web version.
The brand kit for distributors
Logos, brand guidelines and product photos live in a separate section. Distributors get a share link that always shows the current content, and from the Business plan access can be limited to their email domain.
The end-of-quarter report
The team searches by campaign tag and instantly finds the visuals, clips and event photos that were used. The selection for the report downloads as a ZIP archive that keeps the folder structure.

Do agencies need an account?
Not to deliver: they use an upload link. If you want them to work in Nivlo with you, invite them as users at no extra cost, because users are unlimited.
Can we separate brands or departments?
Yes. Each brand or department can have its own SECTION, with separate access. Sections are available from the Professional plan.
Where are the files stored?
On dedicated servers in Germany and Finland. Data never leaves the European Union.
Can we keep the brand guidelines within reach of every colleague?
Yes. The guidelines, logos and approved visuals can live in a dedicated folder or section, and colleagues find them by name, tag or file type.
How do we send assets to distributors without attachments?
Through a share link to the folder with the approved assets. Choose whether recipients see a preview only, the original or the web version, set an expiry date and add new files without sending another link.
Can Nivlo replace WeTransfer with our agencies?
Yes. Agencies upload straight into the campaign folder through an upload link, and for quick transfers without a permanent structure you have Nivlo Send.
